Our company, PawsFurPeople, is a non-profit group dedicated to raising awareness of the benefits of adopting or fostering a shelter animal. Every year 1.5 million shelter animals are unfortunately put down either due to shelter mistreatment, or not being able to find a proper home in time.

With COVID-19 tearing through the economy and affecting small businesses, these shelters are affected too and we are concerned about what this means for the animals. Another issue that has arisen from this pandemic is a steady feeling of anxiety and uncertainty in people’s lives during this time, as the world is dealing with something we never imagined feasible. We believe that now is a time for everybody to help each other and are certain that a sheltered animal could make a life-changing impact on a person’s life. Not only do they have their furry friend to always be there for these people, but they also help teach responsibility, balance,  and kindness to those who did not even know they needed it!
